EXCITING CHANGES ARE COMING TO
THE SAWMILL DISTRICT

Heritage Real Estate Company, in partnership with Heritage Hotels & Resorts and Heritage Restaurant Group, is working to enhance the look and functionality of the district’s walkable areas and street access. These current efforts will beautify the area while improving accessibility, provide necessary storm drainage and support the district’s future developments. With the many upcoming projects planned for this area of town, we feel it is important to provide an environment that feels accessible and easy to navigate for all visitors. This project will be completed in late 2025 in six phases. While underway, the entire district and all businesses will remain accessible with ample free parking to ensure business and visitation goes undisturbed. Below you’ll find a map indicating which phase of the project we are currently in and where accessible roads and additional parking can be found. We look forward to seeing you soon.

SAWMILL FAQ'S

​Service animals only. Service animals are working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental abilities and are welcome.
​Pets whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and are not allowed.
​Alcoholic beverages on premise only, and removal from property is prohibited.
​Movie etiquette applies during all movie nights and sporting watch parties. Please, no disturbing other guests.
​Parental supervision is required.
​Shirts and shoes are required.

​NO outside food and beverages including Birthday Cakes, drink containers such as: mugs, coffee cups etc. are prohibited
