Heritage Real Estate Company, in partnership with Heritage Hotels & Resorts and Heritage Restaurant Group, is working to enhance the look and functionality of the district’s walkable areas and street access. These current efforts will beautify the area while improving accessibility, provide necessary storm drainage and support the district’s future developments. With the many upcoming projects planned for this area of town, we feel it is important to provide an environment that feels accessible and easy to navigate for all visitors. This project will be completed in late 2025 in six phases. While underway, the entire district and all businesses will remain accessible with ample free parking to ensure business and visitation goes undisturbed.
